2 credits per response. Pack pricing means that's roughly R20-30 depending on the pack you buy.
Can I see the lead before I spend credits?
Yes. You see the full brief — including category, scope, timing, and approximate location — before you decide to respond.
Do customers see my contact details?
Only when they choose your quote. Until then your CapeLeads profile and your written response are what they see.
Can I respond to my own posted leads?
No. Providers who post their own leads don't see them in their match list. Conflict of interest, by design.
What if a lead turns out to be junk?
Email hello@capeleads.co.za with the lead reference. If it's clearly fake or duplicate we'll refund your credits.
Do you take a cut of the job?
No. The credits cover your access to leads. The deal between you and the customer is yours.
